September 10, 2022 | Does Morgul get time-outs? - Trent x Allya

Trent: “Does Morgul ever get put on time-out?”

"Not yet. But he just might if he sets my bedding on fire again." Allya smirked.

"He did what?" Trent asked, surprised. "You should invest in fire-proof bedding."

"Or keep a water dragon around," Blaine suggested, earning himself a side-eye from Trent.

"He didn't mean it. Just got over excited and spit fire. He's still learning." Allya reached out to pet the little lava dragon who cooed cutely.

Trent smiled at the little guy. "Hey there," he said. "I'm Trent. I'm an acquaintance of your mama's. How are you?"

Morgul peeked out from behind his mother and chirped curiously. Looking up at Allya who nodded. "It's ok."

"Hey, buddy," Trent greeted the dragonling again, kneeling down like he would to greet a human baby. "How are you? You're a very handsome boy." He grinned up at Allya. "He's bigger than Flail, that's for sure."

Morgul squawked and ducked behind Allya as Trent knelt down but then slowly peeked back out at him again. 'Friendly, mama?' His little voice echoed in Allya's mind as he looked back at her, seeing her nod. 'He human? Funny human.'

"Morgul...be nice." Allya smirked a bit and looked at Trent. "He hasn't seen a human before. "Like...actual human/human."

Slowly, Morgul came out and sniffed at Trent's hand, giving a soft chirp

"It's okay," Trent said, holding his hand out.

He smiled as Morgul sniffed his hand. "How sweet," he said. "I wasn't sure if a dragon would react to me as well as a lizard, but you're a very nice boy, aren't you?"

He looked up at Allya. "You know my friend Serena? Well, she found this... I'm not sure if it counts as a dragon. It's got fur, and its wings are feathery. It was sort of a gift and we've been training him up together. Would you like to meet him?"

October 8, 2024 | Trent as Hannibal's patient

“How does it make me 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 ? Are you fucking serious right now? This is what I’m paying for from an internationally-renowned psychiatrist?” Trent ranted, pacing the tastefully-furnished office and running a hand through his sleek bronze hair. “My marriage ended before it even began because my fiancée was jealous of my best friend. My other best friend was brainwashed into marrying this guy who’s jealous of 𝘮𝘦 . I had an actual social group for the first time in my life and we went from being a fun group of friends to probably THE most toxic couple-versus-couple, oh and let me just add that most of the people in the couples don’t even 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 each other! Let’s see. Faustus resents that he’s been blackmailed on pain of death to marry his wife. Nathaniel hates how controlling George has become. I loved Rebecca to death, almost literally, but I’ve had to face up to the fact that that girl is a mess, which 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 lead us to Serena’s situation—Sebastian’s situation? I don’t k...

September 28, 2022 | General Serena's Dark Beacon

While recruiting for the Vylian army, something happened that had never happened before. Everything Serena tried to repress, every unpleasant thought and emotion she'd tried to bury under a layer of hope and forgiveness, bubbled to the surface. Quicker than a blink, the black aura emanating from her deepened and spread, suddenly covering all of the Dark Forest. Her eyes burned from teal to fathomless black, and her angel feather burned a glowing black beneath her dress. It burned, but this time, she didn't scream. She welcomed the burning, and the range of the dark mist doubled. An intricate illusion of black-feathered wings with sharp, bladelike teal tips unfurled, leaving the whole of her spine, especially near her shoulders, burning as if in a continuous fire. The feathers burst away, revealing bat-like wings with teal-tipped claws. They appeared to beat the mist out in greater quantities, deepening the black so that nothing could be seen for miles. The most power she'...

October 9, 2024 | Freddie stalking Will to therapy

Will Graham made for an interesting subject, Freddie thought. Luckily for her, her readers agreed. She’d have gone where the clicks were regardless; a girl’s got to eat, after all. But it helped writing about something—or someone—she actually liked. And despite her constant antagonism, she 𝘥𝘪𝘥 like him. She wouldn’t go so far “for a story” otherwise.   𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘢 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺, she’d followed him to therapy and tried to record his session. Dr. Lecter was, however, oddly protective of his patient and had made her delete the recording while scolding her and making her feel like a misbehaving schoolchild.   Get real. She was never 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 kind of naughty schoolgirl.   𝘍𝘰𝘳 𝘢 𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘺, she’d had a friend who happened to be a real estate agent make her a copy of the key to Will’s house. Actually, Louis himself had once been the subject of Freddie’s poison pen. He was originally from Beverly Hills but had moved to Baltimore after getting off on grisly...
