"Is that mine?" Skorpa asked out loud from where he'd found Nathaniel out on the balcony of the large palace that overlooked the Ghost sea. Moving to step out into the freezing cold air he was eyeing the long cloak made up out of a polar bears belt Nathaniel was wearing. "Definitely mine... " He clarified a bit teasingly once he was near enough to pull the hood with the bears face still on it up over Nathaniel’s head jerking it down over the other males eyes before moving to lean against the railing not far away, hand brushing through some of the snow that was there before he glanced out at the ocean briefly. Another snowstorm was definitely brewing up there and would probably fall throughout the night.
"Hey!" Nathaniel laughed as the hood was pulled down over his eyes. He brushed it back over his head and walked closer to Skorpa. "Yeah, sorry. It was cozy and I couldn't help myself, so I... helped myself." Nate preferred warmer climates, but it was worth the bitter cold to be here with Skorpa, and besides, he had all these nice warm furs. Made it hard to complain.
"Well, you probably need it more than I do anyway... And I've plenty more" Skorpa pointed out with a bit of a chuckle. He himself was honestly so used to it, plus well... He was dead so? Now that wasn't to say he didn't get cold however but the less he ate the less he certainly felt of it. Right now he was certainly somewhere in between. What to Nathaniel probably felt like the actual below zero temperature it was to Skorpa felt like a nice forties perhaps? He only had his long sleeve on even despite the snow.
"Certainly makes you blend in more around here" He added a bit teasing eyes briefly glancing Nathaniel over. He faintly recalled when they met and Christ. Even the students up at the college would have swallowed him alive. Now though? Well if he told someone he was a Nord they'd probably believe him!
Nate enjoyed these moments when Skorpa was genuinely being kind. In the back of his mind, he pretty much assumed that if he did happen to freeze to death, Skorpa would just find another set of holes. That was fine with him, but he also greatly enjoyed *not* freezing to death. The furs did take quite a lot of the bite out of the chill, but damn, it would still take a lot of time for Nate to get used to this climate.
Nate nodded; it was good that he was blending in, he thought with a faint smile. He'd been growing out his hair as well, and with his fair complexion, he thought he passed quite well. The furs definitely helped.
"Thanks," he said.
